My Story
Seamus Corry is a dedicated wellbeing consultant, mental health instructor, and founder based in Manchester, UK. With over 25 years of experience energising and inspiring individuals, groups, and organisations, Seamus has honed a unique set of skills that allow him to mentor, support, advise, and guide people from all backgrounds to achieve their true potential.
Seamus’s journey began with a deep commitment to the Roman Catholic priesthood, having been chosen for this path at a young age. Ordained in 1994, he served for 15 months before realising that the priesthood was not his true calling. This period was marked by significant personal challenges, including the pain of rejection, immigration to a new country, and the loss of family, friends, and community support.
Rather than allowing these trials to define his life negatively, Seamus sought help and support through therapy, transforming his pain into a powerful tool for helping others. Over the past 29 years, he has dedicated himself to supporting individuals who feel stuck or in need of guidance. His approach combines empathy, non-judgmental listening, and pastoral mentoring, helping people navigate their struggles and build resilience.
In addition to his work as a wellbeing consultant and mental health practitioner, Seamus is a published author and podcaster. His writing and media projects further his mission to change perceptions of mental health and promote positive wellbeing. His personal story of overcoming adversity and rebuilding his life serves as a testament to his commitment to empowering others and making a meaningful impact.
