Exciting News:
Seamus Co-Authors New Book!

These are not all sad stories – oh no, far from it!
Within these pages, tough topics are spoken of with refreshing candor, and solutions offered that may surprise you.

We came together to create a diverse book with one objective in mind: mental health and well-being. Each writer brings a new perspective, from 15 year old Brady finding his tribe at Nerdcore, to ‘The Mighty One’ a hard rock band whose song about suicide, “Kickin’ Stones,” has become their latest album’s top track, to the senior citizens whose lives have taken a turn for the better. The honesty, transparency and vulnerability of their stories, along with their passion to reach you, move you, and yes, HELP you, are evident in every heartfelt story.

As a young female in the South Asian community, Tanya has navigated the additional challenges posed by the stigma surrounding mental health. She works tirelessly to break down barriers and raise awareness of cultural sensitivities around these topics. Tanya actively promotes mental health education for young people, empowering them to care for their wellbeing.

She is also a proud member of Baton of Hope UK, the UK’s largest suicide prevention initiative.
